We do not collect or process donor or alumni personal data on behalf of institutions. To build a campaign we use the documents an institution shares with us and audience labels and counts (for example, “lapsed young alumni”) — never donor names, email addresses, giving history, or gift amounts.

On this website and in the course of doing business, we collect:

• Contact details you provide when you book a call or email us (name, email, institution).
• Account information for authenticated users of our platform (via our authentication provider).
• Technical and error-monitoring data needed to keep the service running.

To respond to inquiries, schedule and conduct sales conversations, provide the service to authenticated users, and maintain the security and reliability of our systems.

We use third-party providers for scheduling, authentication, hosting, and error monitoring. We do not sell your information. A current list of subprocessors is available on request.

We keep business-contact and account information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
